Client Service Representative

This full-time position is one of ten responsible for providing telephone and email support to employee donors and recipient organizations, as well the accurate and timely submission of all related documentation. Candidate must provide excellent customer service references and possess exceptional communication and computer skills. A phone audition and computer skills test are required during the interview process.

International Database Specialist

This full-time position is one of two responsible for qualifying the charitable status and Patriot Act compliance of charities who serve individuals outside of the United States. This position is responsible for monitoring all changes in legislation pertaining to charitable giving outside of the United States and being informed of charitable giving requirements and restrictions by country. Candidate must possess exceptional research and database skills. Knowledge of at least two languages in addition to English is required.
